Stichting Michelle is a Dutch Charity founded in 1999. Our goal is the worldwide promotion and financial support for research into the genetic disease Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). Stichting Michelle is set up as endowment fund.

TSC, also known as TS or Bourneville-Pringle’s disease, is a genetic multi-organ disease that affects approximately one in 6,000 people. As yet,  it is relatively unknown: it can be difficult to recognise or latent for a long time (manifesting itself later in life). Patients with this disease are haunted by uncertainty.  However, one thing is certain: TSC deprives approximately one million people worldwide of a normal life.
